Is the Lantern Festival a walk-thru or drive-thru experience?
The show at Lyman Orchards is a walk-thru experience, along about a ½ mile paved path. Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate footwear.
How long is the path and how long does it take to walk?
The path is about a ½ mile loop along a smooth, asphalt road. On average people take about 45 minutes to complete it because of stopping to look and take pictures.
What are the hours and dates for this show?
Right now the festival is scheduled to run until February 16th, with a possibility of extension. Showtimes start every half hour starting at 5:30pm with the last entry at 8pm. As of Feb. 6th, show times will be adjusted to later start times to coincide with sun setting later. Tickets can be booked online here: https://americanlanternfestival.com/lyman-orchards/
Where on Lyman Orchards is the show located?
The address of the show is 70 Lyman Road, near the Lyman Orchards Golf Course and sharing a parking lot with the 1741 Pub and Grill. The entrance to the show is directly adjacent to the parking lot.
Are dogs allowed?
Lyman Orchards has a no-pets policy, so we appreciate you leaving your furry friends at home.
Is there anywhere to get food and beverage at the show?
The show shares a parking lot with the 1741 Pub and Grill which will be open until 9pm during the show for sit-down meals (or take out). There is also a concession stand selling a variety of snacks and cold and hot beverages for your enjoyment.
Is the walkway accessible?
Yes, the path is accessible. There is a short incline out of the parking lot but there are no steps or obstacles.
Does the show provide mobility devices such as wheelchairs or golf carts for mobility impaired guests?
We are unable to provide mobility assistance or devices, however the path is accessible and smooth. Please bring along any mobility devices that you may require.
What happens if there is inclement weather?
The lantern festival operates in most conditions. If however, we are forced to close or suspend the show due to weather, ticket holders are invited to reschedule. Please email email@example.com for any further rescheduling questions.
Are tickets refundable?
As per our terms and conditions, tickets are non-refundable.
